DELIVERY
We will aim to deliver your goods within 7 days of receipt of your order (subject to availability). If items are out of stock then a 28 day delivery period may apply, but we will let you know of any potential delays. A delivery charge of £5.95 applies to all UK orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please do inform us by telephone or by e-mail as soon as it arrives and return it to us in perfect condition within seven days and you will be entitled to a refund or exchange.
Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. Please note that we cannot pay postage on returns unless the return is a result of our error. We will deal with returns as quickly as we can but during busy times please allow 28 days for your exchange or refund to be processed.
